Product Description

The ground rules of designing and flyer printing are simple and similar to other advertising media: be accurate, valuable and precise and include only vital information, such as your business's unique selling points. Most importantly, make sure people know how to contact you from your flyers.

Your flyers should be designed to target your audience and be eye-catching. Make sure your printed flyers stand out and will not go unnoticed. For the best results, use professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator. Also, ensure that your closed artwork file respects all the items on the checklist for saving your artwork. If you are uncomfortable using the respective design software, give our professional design services a try. Our in-house designer will be happy to assist you! Simply add design services to your product when ordering and follow the simple prompts.

MINIMUM ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: • Font Size: 5pt • 300dpi image quality • CMYK Colour Mode • Safe Text Size: Size of product ordered -6mm • Remember to convert text to paths OR Convert artwork to Jpeg • Bleed: Product size +6mm.

Paper

80gsm bond paper is the most widely used in your office printer. This makes it the most popular and cost-effective paper for printing notepads and other business stationery. 100gsm Paper is the most popular paper used for printing flyers. This is due to its relatively low cost while maintaining good quality prints. In addition, its classy and smooth touch makes it the most commonly used paper for flyers.

170gsm Paper is your best choice if you want to have classy and extra-strong flyers. Essentially, 170gsm paper is a good way to limit cost while maximising the impression of your flyers.

250gsm Paper gives your flyers a strong and premium touch that will make them stand out in the mass of flyers that are distributed every day. Additionally, the 250gsm paper proves to be more robust against folds and worn edges. Essentially, 250gsm flyers make an impact and will leave a lasting impression.

If you want folded options for your flyers, please see our folded leaflets and pamphlets page.

Standard glossy paper is glossy on both sides so it is not easy to write on the back of these flyers. If you wish to print flyers that you can write on, we recommend using a matt paper.

Bleed is the area around your artwork that is trimmed off. This allows your design to look as if it was printed to the edge, even when the cutting alignment was slightly off. Your bleed should always extend to at least 3mm.
